I would like to know why my account was suspended

Support, 

I was creating a form and was kicked out. When I went to log back in my account was autosuspended. Can you please tell me why my account has been suspended?

However, when I reviewed the form I did not see anything suspicious enough for your account to be suspended.

Since that is the case, I have reactivated your account and you should be able to log in again without any issues.
