Is there a way to receive an email notifcation when the user clicks the Next button?

Hi,

I was wondering if I could receive an email notification after a customer gets so far on an application and clicks the "Next" button? And then receive the entire form after they get to the final "Submit" button?

Unfortunately, the form needs to be submitted in order to send email alerts.
