PayPal integration displaying This transaction cannot be processed due to invalid merchant configuration error

    Hello, I am getting the following error message when I try to integrate my business PayPal account with JotForm:

    The API fields are filled out correctly, including Username, Password and Signature. Please assist.

    With reference to this link from PayPal, this error is displayed when there is an issue with the billing agreement in your PayPal account.

    10500  - error code

    Invalid Configuration 

    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 

    Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    10501  - error code

    Invalid Configuration 

    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 

    Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

    We request you to check with the PayPal support and make sure that your PayPal account is ready to accept PayPal pro payments.
