How can i set up a personalised link to a subsequent form

I have 2 forms: 1 expression of interest and 1 application form.

I would like applicants to fill our the E-of-I which should then send them a link to their application form, personalised to their email address for them to complete their application.

I have done this with forms previously so i know Jotform can do it and i have used my previous form on another account to set up the link, however my link does not seem to want to work!

Where am i going wrong?
