Condition to show form tabs not working.

This is my first form, so finding my way a bit.  I want to allow the user to enter the same format of data on a variable number of tabs - it is contact information they are providing for a variable number of people (between 1 and 4, one person per tab).  The form is multi-page with the FormTabs widget to create a tab per page.

There are therefore 4 tabs in the form with duplicate layout.  At the end of the first page I have a "Do you want to add another person?" radio button and have conditional logic so that if they select No, the subsequent pages are hidden (one condition for each page to be hidden), if Yes, it skips to the next page to allow the next set of data to be entered.

The conditions do not seem to be working at all irrespective if Yes or No is selected.

    a) any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

    b) is there a simpler way of doing this? I want to have the data complete for the pages that are filled out, but ignored if only one/some pages are needed in the form.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

There was a temporary technical glitch which caused this issue but its already fixed. I did test your form and the conditions seems to work as expected. When we click on "No" button, the form tabs are hidden. Please check the screenshot below:

You seems to have the "Next" button hidden. I would suggest you to make the next button of first page visible so that user can see what needs to be done next. I believe user will not go back on top of form to see the menu again unless user know they need to click on form tab.  Please check the screenshot below on how to make the next button visible:

    Hope this helps.
