I'm trying to edit one of our forms and it just keeps giving me a blank screen. It did briefly manage to get into it with an option to use V3 to edit but that has disappeared again too.
Can you please fix it. the form is T1 Enagament

There was some conflict caused by the Mobile Responsive Widget. I have re-added it to the form, the issue should be fixed.
