The form list view shows 164 submissions for our job-application form. However, when I go to 'view submissions', it says there are no submissions to view. What am I doing wrong?

On your submissions page, you have a custom date view set in it which do not have any submissions within the period of the two dates
Switching the Time Frame setting to All will allow you to view all submissions that you have on your form.
