Our paypal integration does not seem to be working suddenly

Our paypal integration doesn't' seem to be working suddenly.  Particularly on our "Donation" form.  It appears to be set up correctly.  Can you advise.

Can you please provide more details on how you meant it was not working? 

I did test submitted your form. And it was properly submitted and redirected me to the PayPal screen as intended. 

Because I did not proceed anymore with the actual payment, the incomplete submission payment will end up in the Incomplete Payment Inbox. Please delete also my test submission. I apologize for the inconvenience as I have to do a test of it.
