Why are we getting "Incomplete field" error on submitting form?

Bei mir kommt immer wieder dieses Zeichen wenn ich mein Formular zum Test ausgefüllt habe. Können Sie sich bitte mein Formular anschauen?

I have been searching for the reason you are receiving the "Incomplete Fields" error and a=I finally figured it out.

You have a broken field below the File Upload field which has been set to required hence causing the error. 

You will need to delete the broken field in your form for your for to work well. See image below showing position of the broken field.

Below is my form that has the broken filed removed and works perfectly well. Kindly feel free to clone and use the form.
