Hi,
I have a questionnaire with a point system but the points are not calculating up correctly at the end of the survey.

I checked all the options in the Input Table fields, and the calculation is showing 20. It is working, but as far as I could see, the total is incorrect. You may consider re-adding all the input table options in the calculation.
Also, I noticed that your tables have five options, but your calculation values only have 4.
It is recommended that you should put values to all options. You can set zero if the last option has no value.

Oh, ok. It must be the one without value options. I'll give it a try.
thank you!

watermelon6Replied on February 4, 2018 at 11:43 AMHello,
I am seeing 5 value options for each row. I used a 0 for the first row.
I wonder why you are not seeing the 5 value options.
I re counted them but saw they were all correct.

My apologies. My mistake, I was thinking 1 to 5 instead of 0 to 4. But still, the calculation needs to be corrected. You need to select all cells instead of just a few.
Here's how you should choose the options in the calculation:
Here's your current calculation. See OTHER, the last table. You only selected 3 options. It's 15 total options:
To make it less crowded, I would suggest having a calculation for each table. Then Sum all of them in the Grand Total. That's way better and easier to set up.
I hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
