Form data is cleared on tablet when switching apps

    Good morning! 

    Our field personnel noticed when they use their tablets and switch screens from the jotform, they loose all of their information entered which is not conducive to our business. Perhaps you can advise how we can avoid this from happening.

    What is the form in question? Is the information in entered in your field, called "personnel noticed", being cleared when you go from portrait to landscape mode?

    Yes. The form is the transit tracking form. It seems the entire form is cleared when they go into a different area for their phone. For example, they need to put in notes which they may have stored on their phone which they want to copy and paste. When they get back to the form, all the data entered has been cleared.

    Are you saying that the form data is being cleared when switching apps?

    For example, when closing the browser and opening another application to copy something.

    Setting the Continue Forms Later option to Enabled might solve the issue.

    If the issue persists, can you give us more details on the device being used, the operating system, the browser?

    Also, can you give us the steps to replicate the issue? I tried on my phone but I could not replicate it.
