Section with question disappears

I am having an issue with the text of my form disappearing when you start typing into a box.  When you click in the box, the whole section with the question goes white and you can no longer see where you are typing or what the question was.  Is because my text is white on a colored background?

I have just tested your form and I can see the issue only happens with the question text, the text you type in the field displays correctly:
