I have had several people in the past tell me they had to refresh their page several times or try on a different browser to have their form submit. Now today my form isn't working at all and several people have complained to me. I tried it myself and it didn't submit either. It gets stuck at "please wait" I think it has something to do with the payment, I tried using different payment options but they didn't work either. Please help.

The form does not have the proper integration with Paypal. Please edit your form, open the wizard for the Paypal settings and add your Paypal account email address there. Once done, please save the settings and it should be fixed right after (Please note on #1).
