My Developer can't Login to my JotForm account

    My developer is in Pakistan and I am in USA... 

    He can't even access the website at all. 

    Why is this?

    We have not noticed any other reports with the login feature. Could you let us know if your developer is logging into your account directly? Is there any error message being displayed when trying to login? If there is any error message related to IP address, you may them to provide us with the IP address so that we can take  a look if it is being blocked. Please provide us with more information as possible to assist you further.
