Problem still not resolved.

I have paid version and I see the following snapshot with the logo of jotform which is not what I expect. Can you help me out to do that. I have tried all the method you have sent but I am unable to so can you please remove that the Jotform logo from account

To remove the Jotform Branding in your Email Notification, we need to edit it in the Email Content and highlight the logo and delete it by hitting backspace or delete button.
