How can I move elements on a form around by keyboard shortcut?

I'm trying to move elements around by using keyboard shortcuts. I was able to find it several weeks ago, but I forgot where/how.

It is not possible to move form elements through keyword shortcuts, they can just be moved through drag and drop actions with mouse click selection. However, if you want to select multiple fields at once, and apply "Delete, Hide, Duplicate, etc." actions, simply do a ctrl+A:
