We are having issues with our form submissions. Several users have been experiencing false error messages saying their blanks are empty. Then, upon submitting the form, the whole form is cleared and not submitted and they have to start all over. How can we remedy this?

You can try to enable the Autofill feature to your form. Your users won't lose any single data if they accidentally close or reload their browser while filling out the form. Here's a guide that you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms
