    Hi Jotform Team,

please I need help with something. I have embedded one normal form to another card form because cards form editor does not offer to make changes in CSS. So I designed one field (image radio button) and embedded it to cards form. However as I realised the values are not showing in my notification email after submitted the main form. Could you please explain me how I can transfer values from embedded form to the Thank you Page or Email Notification? Best solution would be ofcourse if you would turn on CSS Editor in Cards Form so I do not have to do that like this.

    Main Form> https://form.jotformeu.com/80397327494366

    Embed Form> https://form.jotformeu.com/80402648694361

Thank you so much for you help. :)

    Hello ostepar,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the values from an iframe.

Instead, using the payment fields that are available in card forms, the User Defined Amount setting would allow you to show similar buttons to the one you created. Here is a sample on a Paypal field:

Alternatively, you can switch your Card form to classic one in order to have your form have CSS control. To switch your existing forms to use the All Questions in One page setting:

    1. Go to My Forms page, select and edit your form.
    2. Go to Settings > Form Settings > Form Layout
    3. Select Single Question in One Page
