I created a order form called 2017-18 Basketball Season Ticket - Camper Parent.

When I pull a submission report it shows that customers completed the form but it doesn't tell me what they ordered or how much they were charged.
I selected every field on the submission report but the quantity fields always come back blank.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not showing that information, because your submission don't have it. Those submissions were submitted without any payment. This is possible, because your payment field is not required, so it can be submitted blank.
