Not able to submit form. It shows error message that multiple submission are disabled.

    I created a form that we want to use to get to know our staff members. When I copy the published link and send to others to complete the form we get a message that the form cannot be used more than one time. So I changed some settings and now I get a "!" block when I "submit" the completed form.


    What am I doing or not doing correctly to get this form sent out to my staff?

    I did check your form and found that you have set "Unique Submission" as "Check Cookies and IP" which will disable multiple submission from same IP address. Please check the screenshot below:

    That is the reason why you are not able to submit form more than once and you are seeing the error message. Please set the "Unique Submission" as "No Check" and that will solve this problem.
