You have turned off my submissions

It says I receive 10 free PayPal a month submissions and I do not get anywhere that amount.  Maybe 1, so why did you turn off my PayPal buttons?  

I wrote in last time and they said it was a mistake that I had those with my free plan.  I need to know if you are reconnecting my buttons, because customers cannot pay for services on my website.

Our free plan payment limits have changed. According to new limits, free accounts can receive 1 payment submission each month. You can see your limits in the screenshot below:
