Make all text fields the same width/fullwidth

    I am attempting to make the text fields of my form the same width as the top 2 columns of my form.

    The top of my form has two columns of text fields, and underneath is a single column of text fields. How can I make the single column text fields, the same width as the 2 columns above them?
