Limit to answers

Supposing I am using a dropdown form element, is it possible to limit the number of people giving a certain answer?

I need to use this form to give people a number of activities to choose from, but no more than a certain number of people can enroll to each one: can I say, for instance, that after 30 people giving "Option 1" as the answer, "Option 1" gets disabled, while the other options are still choosable?
