I just did a test on the form in the amount of $1, as I just added this form back onto my website and made the transaction just to test it. Then I received an email with this subject message. "Action Needed: You have reached your JotForm payments limit"
Upon reading I am finding out that you have changed your payment policy to only 1 transaction per month.
I am sorry to know that you have changed, but to reduce to only 1 transaction is Absurb. I will be looking for another option based upon these changes that you have made .

Yes, we've changed the payment submissions limit for all plans. The free plan account is limited to 1 submission per month. Since it is just a test, I have reset it for you and reactivated your account. You should be able to test it again on your website. We can reset it once more, just please let us know here.
If you need more, you may consider upgrading to the next plan. If Bronze is not enough and you do not want to upgrade to the Silver plan, then you have the option to offer an alternative such as asking for direct payments but still offer your users an option to submit in the form. You can use the purchase order.
