I have emailed once and I've been charged. How do I close my account?

As I check your account, I see that the paid subscription has already been cancelled and the last charge refunded by our colleague as per the thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1361758-Cancel-Subscription. Also, I am unable to find any transactions related to your account in our records. Could you provide us with the email address that you are received the transaction notification and the transaction details so that we can check it further?
