    Hi, I'm having problems with the receivings the emails. I do not receive any emails to my address. Can you please help. Thanks

    I noticed that the Notification email includes a condition (in all the forms), so unless that condition is met the email will not be sent.

    I suggest you remove the condition since your form has only one language.
