Billing: Non-Profit Account

Have just signed up for a paid plan and been charged for the first month. However, have just realised that there is a special account/rate for non-profits. We are a non-profit and would like to avail of this. Is there a way to change our account over to a non profit account or do we have to make a new one? And can we switch our pricing plan over as well?

To signup for the non-profit plan you need to complete an application here:

https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing

You will be asked to provide documentation that you are a non profit organization. Then your application will be reviewed. Finally you will be notified via email of the approval or if unsuccessful.

When you get the email you can contact us and we will cancel your current plan. We will also issue you a refund for your current plan (if possible). And then you can choose to signup again with the 50% discount.
