I am having issues with Jotform logic - fields are not being hidden

I am having some problems using the condition logic.

On some parts of my form the logic is working, however other questions on the form are following the view/hide logic.

I have also added some questions to a new page, "Will you be serving liquor" and "Will you providing catering" over to a new page as they were initially not following the logic that had been set. Now they are on a new page they are being shown.

The particular sections not being either hiding or showing are:

Will you be engaging any external contractors to conduct work on site? (i.e. AV technicians, musicians/DJs, entertainers, equipment hire)

Will your event potentially affect or cause disruption to nearby stakeholders?”

Do you require additional cleaning for the Studio?

Do you require additional cleaning for the Terrace?

 Will your event potentially affect or cause disruption to offices within this building?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You have two 'Will you be engaging any external contractors to conduct work on site? (i.e. AV technicians, musicians/DJs, entertainers, equipment hire)' fields, one for The hub and plaza section and one for The Terrace venue. Both fields are conditional. As far as I saw the conditions for those two fields are working properly. They will be shown when mentioned venues are selected. The other fields you provided are also conditional and the conditions are working properly. 

Those fields will be shown based on the conditions #20, #21 and #22. 

The condition #22 also has an error. You deleted some of the fields from your form for which you set the condition. You should fix that error.

I would also suggest you to double check all of your conditions and make sure that they are set correctly. 

If the conditions for the fields you mentioned are still not working correctly, please tell us when should those fields be shown on the form and tell us which conditions are not working correctly. 

I have fixed the first issue, although now I am having the issue that whenDo you require additional cleaning for the Terrace? and Do you require additional cleaning for the Studio? are either ticked yes or no they are staying present on the form when you navigate away from it. 

If you would like to clear the field selection when the field is being hidden, you may change this via the form settings.
