Not able to sign up for an account with my email address.

    Jot form states my email is not available.  How do I sign up when I cannot get to the next step? this is my email.

    Upon checking I found that you already have an account with email address   Kelliegd@aol.com and that is the reason why you are unable to sign up for an account with the same email address. 

    Your account username is "KellieDunnahoe". Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble. You can also reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:
