"Take a photo" widjet is not loading

Sometimes it just stops for himself, there is a problem with this widjet and in some mobile models? Or versions of android and ios?

Today is not loading even in my pc or laptop with camera. We only have the button to upload a photo.

The issue with the widget is resolved and everything is back to normal.
