I have already create a web jotform in order to run with silver packet with my domain and SSL CERTIFICATE (https). Form WILL NOT be installed into NONE websitepage. I want to run Jotform independently as is hosted itself.
One Question SEO follows? (Honest reply much appreciated)
Is it possible visitors find my webform at google search results? Is it possible my form to be indexed into google system? If not how would be? (example) Site:www.example.com
Is it possible visitors find my web form by certain keywords at google search results? Do i have the possibility to install at jotform panel SEO keywords to help my form for google search results?
merci

If I understand your question correctly, you want your form to be indexed in google search engine.
Please note that apart from changing the form title, you will not be able to add any other meta tag or other keywords in form to optimize the search results. I would suggest you to please embed your form in your own webpage and then promote your page for SEO.
Have you installed SSL certificate successfully in your webserver / site? Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your JotForm and it it not working, we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.

i want to follow your suggestion "embed your form in your own webpage
and then promote your page for SEO."
I have paid for SSL CERTIFICATE it is under domain
(www.PortraitCameo.com)verification process this moment.
The problem is i have not found yet any GOOD website/hoster economic to
embed the form. I prefee HTML code website because is best in all
particlurars. Do you suggest any good one that accept domain name with
SSL (except google not accept https from EU registers). I need a hoster
with fast and good quality photos Vimeo possible.
It is disappointed Jotform not have meta tag features.

As far as I understand, you need a good hoster that has an option to install a 3rd party Certificate.
I can suggest some:
https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us
https://www.bluehost.com/products/shared
Also you can find more to have an option to choose with Google.
Hope this helps!
