Help... I would like to cancel my subscription effective immediately before I am charged for another month. Please help

     You are available 24/7...  how long do I need to wait for a response?

    Please note that the response time varies depending on the number of request we are receiving in the day, our average response time is not usually more than 2 hours on a high traffic day and currently it's 1:41 hours.
