Hello...I need to know how to enable an existing Contact Us form on my website. The web developer used her jotform account to set it up but is no longer hosting my contact us form, therefore, it isn't functioning.

How do I enable that existing form under my own jotform account?

Another support person cloned it for me but that didn't look right. I just want to enable the form that is already there.

    Thanks!

The form embedded here: https://sakoralinn.com/pages/contact-us  is active:

    And status is "Enabled":

Are you still experiencing problems with this form?

    Hi Nik,
The website developer put my forms under her account, then disabled them when we had a conflict. So, I wasn’t able to “enable” them.
Jotform helped me clone it but that didn’t look the way the developer made the page look. However, I figured out that the clone had a long code number in it. So, I went into the developers coding on the backend of my forms pages, replaced her code number with my cloned code number (I only used the number part of the clone code) and it worked!
That left the page looking exactly the same but the forms are now enabled under my own jotform account.
Not bad for an extreme amateur 😊
    Thank you!!

Very well and good job! :)

Yes, that did it, and everything seems fine now.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
