HI! I just upgraded my plan on Monday, 2/12. The plan I upgraded to is unlimited submissions and 10GB. Can you please tell me why it is telling me I now need to upgrad again? We are not planning to upgrade to the $99 per month. I sent in a support ticket on Monday, 2/12. Can you please explain why we are needing to upgrade?

You do not need to upgrade to the Gold plan just yet.
That is a warning that you are seeing in your account because there have been 70 Payment submissions this month on your forms. Your current Payment submissions limit per month is 100.
If you think that you do not need more than 100 Payment submissions per month, you can keep using the Silver plan and just ignore the warning.
