How do I take the Jot Form logo out of my forms?

    How do I take the Jot Form logo out of my forms?


    The form shows on the top left corner the Jot Form logo. How do I take it out from my forms?


    Please advise.

    You can edit the existing email template and remove the text/logo details in the message template. 

    Example:
