Why was our account billed?

    Dear jotform assistance, on the 9th of February we received a credit of € 1.60 in the credit card for which we have no invoices available in the users section. Could you provide the document? Many thanks

    I have checked on your account details and the last time your account was billed was on 15th January 2018.

    Would you kindly confirm if you have another Jotform account that may have been billed?
