Why was our account billed?

    Dear jotform assistance, on the 9th of February we received a credit of € 1.60 in the credit card for which we have no invoices available in the users section. Could you provide the document? Many thanks

    I have checked on your account details and the last time your account was billed was on 15th January 2018.
