Why is sub-user not able to see form submissions?

    Hi,

     

    I have a user setup within my account who has access to "View Submissions" & "Edit Form" for a form within my account, but on the submissions page all that shows up is the date of the submissions. Along with that they've also had mixed results with exporting the data. Any idea what could be going wrong?

    I've had them check on multiple browsers, and I have also logged into the account and had the same issue

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    I have checked you account and you have several users you have shared your forms with.  Would you kindly specify which user has an issue viewing form submissions?

    Also note that for users to view submissions of shared forms, their form setting should be in same Datacenter as your account. This can be checked here when logged in to your account.

    Adjusting the datacenter fixed it. Thanks!
