Form title on facebook not changing

When I try to share our 2018 VOTS All Corvette Show Registration form in Facebook it keeps coming up and saying "2017 VOTS All Corvette Show Registration" I have checked all the form fields and can't find why it's still saying 2017.  How can I correct this so the form can be shared on Facebook? Thank You. 

I cloned your form and added the cloned form in my facebook page but I can't seem to replicate the issue. The form title is correct.

It might be that facebook is scrapping old meta descriptions in your facebook account.

You have to scrape your form using the facebook debug to let facebook fetch the updated data from your form's OG tag.

Go to : https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

You will be directed to the debug page.

Paste your form url and press debug button. If an error appears saying,"URL hasn't been shared on Facebook before" just click Fetch new Information.

Then you will see your form information with a button called Scrape again, press it and your form will be updated by facebook.
