Why can our users not create more forms?

Our user Rford@seaprep.org is getting an error indicating that she is not allowed to make any more forms even though we have her listed as a sub-user. 

This happens when the sub user creates the forms under his own account, the forms need to be transferred to the shared folder in order to use the main account limits. 

Please ask your sub user to drag the form and drop it into the folder you have shared with him, it should be listed under the "Shared with you" section.
