I created a form to sell tickets. It has payment element. I have a Square account. However, all of the payment integration options are grayed out (not available). I bought the Bronze package (even though there were no details on if this turned on payment integration!). This is for community events, only about 10 per year. We only do around $10K in ticket sales annually. Please advise - how do I get the payment options made available?

When the payment integrations are grayed out, that means you already have one payment field in the form. You cannot add two payment fields in a single form. I checked your form, and I see you have the field "Tickets" in there which is a Square integration. Did you figure this out already? Please confirm.
