Emailing ( text /plane format)

    I'm using your email  to send out my pizza orders to a kitchen printer to all different restaurants the only format it except
    They require
    ( text /plane format)
     
    Not html format 
     
    Is there any settings I can make that happen so my printer can print it out properly without all the code
     I appreciate your help

    From what I can read, I can recommend you to look through this guide:

    How-to-Have-Text-Only-Message-Format-in-Email-Deprecated

    It would help you to create a Notification email with plain text only.

    And the other email be playing text on the same form??

    Once I do all those step to change the format to plain text

    Then it will work correctly  fill out the form and press send it will go in plane text all the time??

    NOTE: If you're looking for a way to setup a text only email, this is not possible anymore. The new wizard will allow you to only change the HTML email, text only emails are actually no longer used as mobile devices are becoming more common and all can open HTML-based emails without issues.

    Unfortunately, I do not know what should the content of your new email be to make it more suitable.

    And can you kindly provide us more information about your printer? Can it print PDF? 

    I can also suggest to save email body of your Notification emails to txt-files before printing. If you copy and paste, there won't be any html-content.

    Of course, I have noticed that you have already set up 2 Notification emails for that form. So, you can change the content of one to receive 2 different emails.
