Image that doesn't appear when viewed online

I'm sorry to bothering you so much.

I added an image on my form:

It's the whatsapp image.

But on the form online it doesn't appear.

It appears back on the pdf email confirmation.

How can I set it to appear when someone completes the form online?

I'm testing your form and the image appears from my end. I'm viewing the form directly using your form's URL. If the form is embedded to a site, please share the us the website URL where it is embedded so we can check.

the form is not embedded to any website.

I'm not able to see the picture when I complete the form from my computer or cell phone or table.

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue on my desktop pc and on a mobile phone.

I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
