Date is not being displayed correctly in integrated google spreadsheet.

Hi,

In our google sheet the submission dates are coming in like this 43152.5715625

There doesn't seem to be any logic to it.

Also, the date of birth comes in like this 29752

They were both working, not sure when this started, we think around May 2017.

I cloned your form and integrated it with google spreadsheet. When I tested cloned form, the date of birth column is displaying correctly in google spreadsheet. Please check the screenshot below:

Have you changed the format of the spreadsheet column? I have synced your google spreadsheet again. I would suggest you to please check your google spreadsheet and see if the date it being displayed correctly. 

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet and see if that solves your problem.
