Shared Forms Folder Missing

When logged in as GSHNCProgram, our shared forms folder called GSHNC forms are missing. Please advise. I'm attaching a screen grab with a red arrow where the shared folder used to be and is now not there. 

This should now be fixed.  Sub-users can now view the shared folder once again.  Let us know if they are still unable to do so and we  will be happy to have another look.
