when I log in all the forms that I have created are not there now

I have checked your account and see that there is only one form in your account. Are you a sub-account user for any other account and not able to find the forms? If so, we have experienced a temporary technical glitch with sub-account users. However, it should be fixed by now. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any issue.
If you are referring to the forms in your account itself, please provide us with the form ID/URL so that we can assist you further.
