Why I cannot log in to my account?

    Hi, i've been trying for several days to log in to Jotform. I have the correct log in info, as i've tried using an incorrect log in and i get an error saying it's incorrect, so i know that isn't the problem.

    When i attempt to log in, virtually nothing happens - it just returns to the screen saying i have no forms or folders.

    Is there something i'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.

    There are only guest accounts related to your email address, do you have the username of your account? 

    If so, please  provide us with that so we can check it on our end. Also, there are other accounts related to email addresses under the same domain as yours, one of them may be related to you.

    I have just checked that account and it's under the email t**m@n****n****c******e.com. Please note that you need to use this address or the account username when requesting a password change email, the email address will be sent to the address configured on your account. 

    I have also checked  the address and it should be receiving emails properly. 

    Also, the account actually has forms in it.

    Please try requesting the password reset email and check the spam/junk folder if you cannot find the email on your inbox folder.
