I have encrypted my forms but I cannot read them when submitted.

How do I read them when they are submitted. I have encrypted them for confidentiality but they are opening in encrypted form. I have a private key but I'm not being asked to download it

When you want to view encrypted submissions, a popup should show asking you to upload the private key. Without it, you will not be able to view the data.

If the popup is not showing to you, please try clearing browser cache and see if the issue persists.
