My form has conditional statements. When Racer #1 Event Entering selects 5k then the Racer #1 Age category question appears. When Kiddie Dash is selected then the age question disappears and a text message appears.
I have duplicated the questions for Racer #2 but cannot get the conditional statements to work for the second set of questions.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I was able to reproduce the issue on a clone version of your form. I will just make some further tests and I will get back to you as soon as I found a solution.

The issue you are having is caused by a conflict in your condition.
These conditions
are in conflict with this condition
To fix the issue, please update the condition that shows the second set of questions.
You may also update the conditions that show the second "Racer #2 age category" field
and the "Kiddie Dash is open to racers ages 2 - 10..." text field
I hope this helps. If you have other questions, please feel free to let us know.

statements for use with "Racer #3" and more? Or, do I have to create each
of them for each additional racer?

There is an option to duplicate a condition.
However, just to avoid any confusion, I suggest that you create the condition for the other fields in your form manually. It will also help you detect any issues if you test the condition after you created it.
If you need any assistance in creating conditions in your form, please let us know and give us the details. We will be glad to help you further.

instead of having to duplicate them one at a time.
Do the conditional statements need to be in order of execution or can I put
all similar conditions together in one area - that would make it easier to
keep track of changes between duplicated conditions?

I'm afraid we do not have that feature yet, but we can submit a feature request on your behalf.

If each condition is not in conflict with another condition then that is fine. But if there is a conflict, the condition that's on the top of the list will always be the priority.
Here's an example - https://form.jotform.com/80586365843972
The Output will show the word "Apple" even if there is another condition to show "Carrots" when the checkbox is checked. This is because of the order of conditions in that form.
I hope this helps. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.
