How do I setup Side-by side fields on the form, rather than all stacked?

    I want to design a form in two columns. I don't see a way to do that--the fields are all stacked, other than first and last names.

    If I have a two column field, how can I make it adaptive?

    It is possible to have a form in columns. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up multiple columns on the form.
