Need to complete a questionnaire form that would require a lot of details, what would be the best format or form to utilize for such a venture

I am seeking to create a form which will gather information from an applicant seeking to purchase a business plan. The form would have about 5-6 different categories and would require a lot of details for the answers to the questions. What would be the best format or form to utilize for such a venture Thank you

Since you will be collecting a lot of information, I would suggest you enabling the "Save & Continue Later" feature:

Which will allow the user to save what he fills before submitting the form. The user will need to click on the "Save" button, enter an email address, and a link will be sent, which he can open in any browser or device, anywhere, in order to continue filling the form:

In this way, you will ensure that the user will not lose his already entered data. Please note that the information will remain saved in the custom link up to 30 days.
